- I’m thankful to be with Mark right now. Every day, hour, minute is precious. I’m thankful that we are doing so well despite the stress of the deployment and trying to have a baby before the deployment.
- I’m thankful for the great doctors and nurse practitioners at Walter Reed. I’m thankful for the knowledge that I can get pregnant and have a baby.
- I am thankful for my great puppies—Darcy and Scout. Darcy is my body guard and cuddler. Scout is so goofy and fun; her playfulness always makes me laugh.
- I’m thankful that dad is still healthy and that my mom is content to be his caretaker; they have taught me so much about life, faith, and love.
- I’m thankful for all of my relatives. I belong to great families that give me much love, support, and laughter.
- I’m thankful that in a year that was so financially hard for many, Mark and I were able to pay off so much debt and that next summer, our credit cards and cars will be completely paid off and we can begin investing.
- I’m thankful that the military will let me move home while Mark is gone so that I have a better support system and that Seton has been so accommodating with everything that will come this spring/summer.
- I’m thankful for good friends; I know I don’t talk to many of them as much as I should, and for that, I’m sorry.
- I’m thankful for a good job where I feel like I am making a difference each and every day.
- I’m thankful for the life I have, the choices I can make, and the opportunities that I have.
