I’m hoping that the next few days of blogs will hopefully be interactive. It’s a list of questions Mark and I have had regarding things on the baby front, and we’d like some input from our friends and family who have already lived and learned on the baby front.
So, issue number one is this: Mark and I have been on the search for a good, small rocker for the nursery. So far, we’ve failed. I’ve seen a lot of things on the internet, but we feel like that is a bit sketchy. How do you know it’s really comfortable? This isn’t just a piece of furniture for decoration! We want something comfortable, functional, and reasonable in cost. The plan is to put it where the blue swing is in the above picture.
When we’ve looked at furniture retailers, they don’t have a lot. Most only have carried the outdoor rockers. I know BabiesRUs has a few, but we didn’t really like the look of them when we visited one back in April. So, we need your help!
What style worked for you or someone you know? Do you prefer ones with cushions? Did you wish you had an ottoman? How much is too much? Where do you go to look for one? Did you try it out before you bought it?
