So excited…I had a great doctor appointment. Everything looks good, and I can start trying to have a baby again! YAY! I almost cried; I couldn’t believe the doctor was having me start my meds today.
I found a great retreat center for sophomore retreat… I made it through round one to teach at Regis (and filled out I-9 and W-4…sounds hired, right?)… Maggie wrote me to tell me that I may be able to get an off-base dog-sitter if Pat is burned out or can’t do it and the Captain who wrote her about the visitor stuff offered his son to help with the pups… I got an sweet e-mail from Sara Hooper… And on Thursday, I’ll be meeting with a professor from University of New Mexico’s School of Education to talk about whether or not it is feasible for me to complete a doctorate if we are in Albuquerque next.
I just have to get my freshmen’s essays graded…I have to buckle down and just get to work and plow through it tomorrow. The goal is also to start getting the work out in. I think once the Regis stuff calms down that will be more feasible.
Fingers crossed that this turn of positive news keeps coming! Maybe I’ll actually get a fence this week. Hah!
